*All sessions are 10 weeks.

PHILOSOPHY

GymOlympic Sports Academy will be committed to the physical and mental development of the children in our community through the sports of gymnastics. We provide a caring, fun, and safe environment. We offer the latest equipment available, which comes only second to the quality instruction by professionals with many years of teaching and coaching experience from the pre-school through the National and International levels of competition.

We are USA GYMNASTICS Safety Certified Professional Members.

REGISTRATION

To register for a class, please complete the registration form and return it with your ANNUAL $25 registration fee per student (NON-REFUNDABLE).

Visitors to a class are welcome for a $20 fee, space permitting. All visitors are required to have a parent/guardian signature to be able to participate in the class.

No student will be allowed to participate without the proper registration form

No registrations will be taken over the phone

Each child participating MUST have their own Family Health Insurance in proper order

TUITION AND PAYMENTS

Payments are to be made ON or BEFORE the beginning of each session. We accept cash or checks. Sorry, NO CREDIT CARDS.

Tuition is NOT REFUNDABLE ONCE THE SESSION HAS BEGUN

After the first week of each session, all unpaid spaces become available to new students

LATE CHARGE/ RETURNED CHECKS

Payments not received by the first week of the session will incur in a $10 LATE CHARGE FEE

A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks

These additional fees MUST be included with your payment

ATTIRE

GIRLS: Leotard or shorts and T-shirt, bare feet. Long hair should be pulled back, off the face. No jewelry

BOYS: Shorts and T-shirt, bare feet

MAKE-UP POLICY

You are allowed TWO MAKE-UPs during the class's 10-week session.

Make-ups MUST BE SCHEDULED with the office!

Missed classes CAN NOT BE USED TO DISCOUNT TUITION

PARENTS' RESPONSIBILITY

Parents and students who arrive at the gym early are to remain in the lobby until the beginning of the class.

Siblings not enrolled in the class must remain with parents in the lobby.

Please be prompt when it is time to pick-up your child. There will be a 10 minute grace period after the class is over, and then there will be a $1 LATE FEE CHARGE per minute after.
